Hand Loomed Sequin Heart Tutu Dress

100% hand loomed and hand sewn tutu dress.  Pretty in Pink has nothing on this Beautiful in Blue tutu dress.  The top of the dress was loomed using organic cotton and the heart was loomed using a cotton/merino wool blend.  The sequins and beads were hand sewn onto the heart which was then hand sewn onto the dress.  Soft and breathable as it is stylish and whimsical!!!  The tulle is made in the USA.  The dress also has hanger straps for ease of hanging and so the dress keeps it shape.  Hand wash or wash in a net, lay flat to dry.
